Northern Territory In-Person Support Specialist

Sonder is seeking experienced professionals to join our Response Network as in-person support specialists. These individuals will provide critical assistance to members in need, leveraging their expertise and compassion to make a positive impact.
- This role requires recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work.
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Providing in-person support to members who require immediate assistance.
- Working collaboratively with the Response Network Manager to conduct stakeholder engagement, nurture partnerships, and provide input on operational procedures.
- Participating in emergency and non-emergency support responses as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management.
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity.
- Flexibility to work an on-call roster.
