Job Title: Financial Analyst

This role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including processing payments and maintaining clear records. You will also be responsible for reconciliations, staff expense reimbursements, and corporate credit card transactions.

About The Position:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with medium to high transaction volumes.
  • Reconcile bank statements for multiple cash accounts across various currencies.
  • Process staff expense reimbursements and manage corporate credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Perform inter-company loan reconciliations accurately.
  • Prepare period-end closing accruals in a timely manner.
  • Maintain prepayment schedules and fixed asset registers to ensure robust financial controls.
  • Allocate overhead costs appropriately across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts payable processes with attention to detail and accuracy.
  2. Handle accounts receivable functions with effective communication and record-keeping.
  3. Liaise directly with external partners to coordinate payment instructions.
  4. Perform bank reconciliations for approximately 60 cash accounts across multiple currencies.
  5. Process staff expense reimbursements and manage corporate credit card transactions efficiently.
  6. Reconcile inter-company loans accurately.
  7. Prepare period-end closing accruals in a timely manner.
  8. Maintain prepayment schedules and fixed asset registers to ensure robust financial controls.
  9. Allocate overhead costs appropriately across departments.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience using accounting applications within an accounts payable or receivable capacity.
  • Completion or near completion of CA or CPA studies shows commitment to professional development.
