Medical Imaging Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled medical imaging professional to fill this critical role at our healthcare organization. As a key member of our medical imaging team, you will be responsible for managing accurate patient bookings and registration, handling counter service tasks, and general administration duties relevant to medical imaging.

About the Role

  • Experience in medical imaging reception, or diagnostic/radiology reception, MRI, PET, Nuclear Medicine and administration is essential.
  • You possess strong customer service skills, computer skills, and MS Office experience.
  • You are proactive, positive, and have a high attention to detail with excellent organisational skills, reliability, and flexibility.
  • You have well-developed communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • You possess excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accurate patient bookings and registration.
  • Handle counter service tasks.
  • Perform general administration duties relevant to medical imaging.
  • Handle day-to-day office duties.
  • Escalate patient complaints.
