Job Title: Project Manager - Electrical Infrastructure

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of electrical infrastructure projects across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). You will be responsible for managing crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Delivery: Oversee project planning and delivery, profit and loss management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage field crews and subcontractors to ensure all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
  • Safety and Compliance: Champion safety and compliance by conducting regular site audits, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring all activities align with internal and client safety procedures and legislative requirements.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a strong electrical background and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. They will possess a trade qualification in electrical or related field, as well as at least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in electrical or related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the electrical industry.
  • Proven leadership experience managing crews and contractors.
  • Strong financial oversight and project management skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety standards and compliance.
