Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the payroll function.

This senior role requires a strong project management background, with experience in managing complex initiatives in a global or matrix organization.

About This Opportunity

  • Leverage your expertise to lead implementation of payroll systems and projects with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  • Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Deliver actionable insights through clear, concise reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Drive process optimization by identifying and implementing improvements to documentation, processes, and workflows that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort across payroll operations.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including service level agreements and performance standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll operations and/or project management, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Workday as an HRIS.
  • Familiarity with ADP/CloudPay platforms.
