Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this role, you will work closely with the operations team to deliver high-quality infrastructure services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective delivery of infrastructure services.
  • Analyze and resolve infrastructure maintenance requests to minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our contract and its intricacies.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • You must be an Australian citizen and able to obtain a national police clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Outlook.
  • A strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach with attention to detail.
  • The capacity to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with multiple stakeholders.
