  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Adapt to changes in business needs, market dynamics, and customer feedback; pivot quickly in response to emerging trends
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and problem-solving
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions
  • Stay informed on industry knowledge, product information, and influencing techniques
  • Utilize digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and stay connected with teams and customers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous pharmaceutical, OTC, or healthcare sales experience
  • Desirable: CKD/diabetic nephropathy experience area knowledge
  • Solid business acumen with expertise in customer experience excellence
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments
  • Experience in agile organisations and/or 90-day planning cycles (desirable)
  • Deep listening and strong influencing skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel within territory; interstate and regional travel may be required
  • Knowledge of medicines regulations and codes of conduct
  • Ability to understand and leverage digital tools to make informed decisions
  • Strong desire to continuously improve patient care
