We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Director, Digital Operations Specialist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing tactical and strategic initiatives to ensure operational effectiveness of the ICT environment.
They will provide specialist technology advice and create detailed designs and documentation to support new initiatives within ICT.
This role is primarily focused on managing, maintaining and enhancing the aged care quality and safety commission environment through the provision of high-quality infrastructure and services advice and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Digital Infrastructure Management: Provide insights, advice and support in the design and implementation of effective architectures for the ICT environment.
- Project Guidance: Guide ICT programs, projects and BAU improvements to align with the enterprise architecture standards, governance and industry standards.
- Infrastructure Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on complex infrastructure and related service challenges, developing proposals for recommended solutions.
- Operational Performance: Drive and evaluate operational performance outcomes which contribute to the achievement of the ICT Operations section.
- Problem Rectification: Oversight of root cause analysis and problem rectification activities, including system changes required to prevent recurrence.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture which drives and encourages high performance, collaboration, agility and accountability in the delivery of ICT services.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and mentor those within the Digital Operations team.
- Professional Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in ICT or related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in ICT, digital architecture and security.
- Business Acumen: Excellent business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
