Job Description:

As a seasoned auditor, you will be responsible for managing and leading audit engagements in consultation with the senior manager and partner group. This role requires a collaborative approach to management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of Mazars Audit Methodology.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and leading audit engagements in consultation with the senior manager and partner group
  • Client and team management
  • Support in general risk management matters
  • Developing proactive solutions to IFRS and ISA technical matters
  • Supporting partners and directors with the Mazars audit growth strategy

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • CA, CPA, ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Bachelors degree
  • Ideal 7+ years of experience as an external auditor
  • Expertise in accounting frameworks (IFRS)
  • Understanding of CAATs and their role in an audit strategy
  • Experience with ASX listed entities and large private groups
