We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and take on a challenging role in project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for steering projects with civil and mechanical / structural / electrical engineering components, working closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals, and monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing and negotiating variations to designs in consultation with the Commercial Manager.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing direct workforces and subcontractors, and possess superior time and priority management skills.
They will also have confidence in managing across a range of different relationships throughout the business and on site.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experienced Project Manager in mining projects to tier 1 standards
- Previous experience working FIFO, ideally in civil or infrastructure construction
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with a direct workforce as well as managing subcontractors
- A comprehensive background in project management, project controls or construction management
- Superior time and priority management skills
- Confidence in managing across a range of different relationships throughout the business and on site
