**Job Summary**

The AU AMZL Procurement team at Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Non-Inventory Receiver to support operations leaders and associates in delivering strong operations results within our sort center. This role may involve duties such as ensuring inventory accuracy, unloading/loading trucks, and communicating instructions to other associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating different PIT equipment
  • Loading/unloading trucks of non-inventory material
  • Moving and storing pallets in designated areas
  • Organizing and maintaining adequate stock-levels of site consumables
  • Accurately performing system inputs that reflect received items (data entry into Coupa)
  • Researching and troubleshooting non-inventory shipments
  • Supporting payment inquiries from the AP team, supplier, or other stakeholders
  • Performing daily cycle counts for items in stock, inputting data in designated platforms and shared spreadsheets
  • Submitting daily quality reports in designated platforms
  • Working with Site Service Vendors to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Promptly raising flags to SPO/SPOC teams and leadership when risk is identified that affects material availability, quality, and/or safety
  • Acting as the site consumables POC
  • Monitoring and leading a team of associates to perform required activities
  • Contributing to and leading assigned activities by SPO/SPOC/Category management to deliver shipping-supplies initiatives and projects

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • High school or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
  • Forklift license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Amazon Amnesty Floor Monitoring experience
