  • Supporting daily store operations, ensuring high standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock management.\
  • Championing team training, development, and succession planning to build a strong, skilled workforce.\
  • Fostering community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.\
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) requirements in line with national and state regulations.\
  • Previous experience as an assistant store manager or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC in a fast-paced retail environment is essential.\
  • A results-driven mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team are crucial for success.\
  • Proven success in meeting KPIs and sales targets, as well as a solid understanding of stock control and visual merchandising best practices, are also required.\
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team.\
