Belle Property is seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving business expansion through effective relationship-building, marketing, and sales techniques.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business's success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing the Rent Roll by acquiring new management agreements under established guidelines and standards.
  • Developing relationships with investors and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Promoting and marketing our agency within the marketplace to enhance brand awareness.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify leads and opportunities, attend auctions and open houses, and build relationships with local businesses and community members. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current industry-standard certifications.
  • A reliable car and driver's license.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Sales experience and property management knowledge.
  • A goal-driven attitude and excellent phone manner.
  • Corporate presentation skills and strong computer literacy.
  • Organizational skills, reliability, and a willingness to take on diverse tasks.
  • Attention to detail and negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent people skills and a customer-focused approach.
