Role Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the Accountant
  • Review systems and processes to improve cash collection, payment practices, and reporting efficiency
  • Lead cashflow forecasting, scenario planning, and dynamic financial modelling to support strategic planning
  • Assess the financial feasibility of new projects, initiatives, and growth opportunities, providing data-backed recommendations to leadership
  • Interpret financial results to challenge assumptions and drive insight-led decisions
  • Identify risks and opportunities early, and recommend strategies to improve financial performance and resilience
  • Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for the CEO and senior leadership
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in senior accounting, finance business partnering, or strategic finance roles
  • Skill in cashflow forecasting, financial modelling, and interpreting management reports
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment and hold both strategy and operational oversight in balance
