Strategic Financial Advisor Opportunity

This role presents a chance to contribute to an international advisory team in their finance department.

The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, work on large-scale projects and drive improvement outcomes across various financial function topics.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance teams to enhance trust, value and confidence within organizations.
  • Combine commercial acumen with regulatory knowledge to provide valuable advice to leading clients.
  • Leverage financial expertise to drive improvement outcomes across a wide range of finance function topics.
  • Engage directly with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification (CPA, CA or CTA)
  • Minimum 6 years working in a large Advisory firm ideally Big 4 or mid-tier or a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of Australian accounting regulations
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to execute under pressure and deliver results-oriented solutions
  • Understanding of business acquisitions and disposals, including operational impacts for the business/finance function.
