Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to contribute to the development of renewable gas networks in the energy sector.
This role involves providing administrative support to project teams and stakeholders, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, agendas, meeting papers, minutes and work plans for project teams
- Provide administrative assistance for projects and contracts, preparing progress reports as needed
- Develop advocacy materials, such as articles and event management
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Tertiary qualification or experience in Science, Engineering or Technology (desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, including editing and document management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MS Teams and other digital collaboration software
- Qualification or experience in project and contract management
- Interest in the relationship between climate change, natural disaster resilience and renewable gas networks
