Project Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will provide essential project support and grant assistance.
- You will be responsible for supporting the grant program process, resolving issues, and providing expert advice;
- Undertake program and funding agreements, onboarding activities, and support open/closing activities;
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships;
- Prepare reports, correspondences, and guidance materials;
- Contribute to form testing, user management, forms setup, and data fixes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Similar experience working in state government;
- A relevant tertiary qualification in ICT or business (an advantage);
- Knowledge and experience supporting grants systems and processes (highly desirable);
- Understanding of grants management policy and procedure (an advantage).
