We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to provide high-quality medical care for young people aged 12–25.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, managing Mental Health Care Plans and referrals, addressing physical and mental health concerns, including preventive care, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and receiving clinical supervision and tailored administrative support.
- Highly skilled in evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication and care coordination abilities
- AHPRA-registered GP with relevant qualifications
