About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Valrose, where you will be responsible for designing and developing effective software solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your expertise in software design principles, object-oriented programming, and agile methodologies will be invaluable in driving project success.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced skills in front-end technologies such as modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS. Extensive experience with back-end technologies, including .Net Core, C#, ORM frameworks, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs is also essential. Additionally, proficiency with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment tools (CI/CD) is required.

You will also need good knowledge of Outsystem Platform (Low code No code platform) and experience working with Microsoft Azure services like Azure Web services, Key vault, logic apps, function apps, and Storage account. In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices is also necessary.

Your Responsibilities

  • Producing architectural designs for solutions.
  • Lead full stack development for web-based applications using React.js, .Net Core, and Azure technologies.
  • Review and refine requirements, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Mentor and motivate a talented team, guiding them towards achieving project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Conduct peer testing and code reviews and provide support in fixing issues.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documents and ensure best practices in software development.
  • Work with agile methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.

Your Qualifications

  • Advanced skills in front-end technologies such as modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
  • Extensive experience with back-end technologies, including .Net Core, C#, ORM frameworks, SQL databases, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficient with version control systems and continuous integration/deployment tools (CI/CD)
  • Good Knowledge of Outsystem Platform (Low code No code platform)
  • Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Github/Github actions and CI/CD
  • Experience working in technologies like Microsoft Azure and services like Azure Web services, Key vault, logic apps, function apps, and Storage account
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and scrum practices.
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a development team, promoting collaboration and innovation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer
