Job Description:

Horticulture is an essential part of Hort Culture's services. Our team delivers exceptional garden maintenance and soft scaping to our clients.

We pride ourselves on providing a premium service that exceeds expectations. The right candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of gardening professionals, teaching and passing on knowledge to apprentices, and completing all aspects of garden maintenance.

Garden maintenance includes hedging, topiary, pruning, weeding, pest and disease control, and plant health. The successful candidate will monitor the health of gardens and implement strategies to improve their quality.

The Team Leader will also be responsible for managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, manual driver's license, strong attention to detail and work ethic, and reliability, punctuality, and hard work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of gardening professionals
  • Teach and pass on knowledge to apprentices
  • Complete all aspects of garden maintenance
  • Monitor the health of gardens and implement strategies to improve their quality
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Requirements:
