We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team as a Host Responsibility Coordinator. This vital role involves monitoring the well-being of our customers, identifying signs of problematic gambling behavior or alcohol-related issues, and taking proactive steps to mitigate harm.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer activities for signs of harmful behavior
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a safe and responsible gaming environment
  • Negotiate realistic outcomes to support customers in managing their betting habits
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on identifying and reporting gambling-related harm
  • Report on Host Responsibility activities to senior staff and regulatory bodies as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with data interpretation and analysis
  • A genuine desire to help people change for the better
