We are seeking a motivated first-year landscaper to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. Our organization specializes in creating high-end outdoor spaces that combine functionality and beauty.
About the Role:As a first-year apprentice, you will work alongside experienced professionals to develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to excel in the landscape construction industry. This is a full-time position with a structured apprenticeship program that supports your learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in various landscaping aspects, including concreting, paving, turf installation, plan interpretation, site set-out, site preparation, irrigation systems, and lighting.
- Gather hands-on experience across a variety of projects.
- Develop strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Possess a valid driver's license and White Card (or be willing to obtain before starting).
- Be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Hold a High School (Year 12) certificate (preferred).
- Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Full-time position with a structured apprenticeship program.
- 8 hour shifts with overtime and weekend availability.
