Food and Beverage Management Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • Supervise a team of Food and Beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality standards
  • Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling procedures and inventory control
  • Assist the Venue Manager in achieving financial targets
  • Ensure excellent communication and teamwork among staff members
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in a similar hospitality environment is essential. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional guest service skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with flexibility to meet venue operating hours
  • CURRENT NSW RSA card
