Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our dedicated team at a medical practice in Baldivis, WA. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and contribute to the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients to the practice in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the practice's appointment system
- Handle patient enquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties
Our ideal candidate will have:
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years' experience in a medical reception or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in using medical practice management software
