About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team in a part-time capacity. This role will require travel between our Booragoon and Forrestfield clinics.Travel between both locations is essential for this role.

You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy
  • Handle all phone enquiries in a timely and confidential manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and handle Medicare rebates
  • Maintain accurate patient records and registration details
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming at all times

What You'll Bring

  • A strong background in customer service or medical administration
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • A team player mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in radiology or Medicare services (highly regarded, but not essential)
