  • Tax planning and structuring
  • Taxation compliance and advice, including GST
  • Selection and implementation of business information systems

Current Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Business Services team. As a Senior Accountant, you will focus on delivering high-quality, value-adding work while developing your career in a high-performing team.

  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards
  • Prepare income tax returns for various entities, including companies, trusts, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Perform tax planning tasks and provide advice on business operations and regulatory matters
  • Provide business and tax advisory services, including business structuring, improvement, and growth advisory
  • Liaise with clients, managers, and partners regarding queries
  • Mentor and assist junior staff in their training and development

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience in a professional services environment and a keen interest in tax and advisory
  • Relationship building skills and ability to liaise with various levels and teams
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
  • An interest in or currently completing a CA or CPA qualification
  • Knowledge and use of Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) and/or Xero is desirable
