About Us

We are a market leader in the concrete pumping industry. We supply parts & accessories to the concrete pump industry and manufacture our own make of line pumps.

We require an individual to improve all aspects of our spare parts processes from ordering, receiving, picking and packing.

About the Role

There is an opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Spare Parts Interpreter.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Spare parts interpretation and processing of parts orders
  • Manage customer enquiries efficiently, identifying parts and dispatching in a timely manner
  • Inventory control & stock management
  • Liaise with Service team to meet their parts requirements
  • Assist with warehouse operations when required
  • Respond to and maintain / update spare parts related tasks
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety procedures

About You

  • You should have some technical and practical ability, or the desire to increase your knowledge in this industry
  • You must be able to communicate well with other staff, suppliers and customers.
  • You should have a strong focus on delivering high quality service
  • You should be proficient in computer skills and have an eye for accuracy and detail.
  • You should have good grammar, spelling and numeracy skills.
  • You should have a high level of attention to detail in the warehouse environment.
