Job Title: Development Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and intuitive student to join our team as a Development Planning Specialist. This role involves assessing and reporting on development applications, providing high-level customer service to residents, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assess and Report on Development Applications: You will assess and report on development applications under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, ensuring that they meet Council's requirements.
  • Lodge Development and Related Applications: You will lodge development and related applications to ensure they meet Council's requirements.
  • Provide Planning Advice and Customer Service: You will provide planning advice and high-level customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
