As the Head of Technology Operations, you will be responsible for leading the teams providing IT Program and Project Management delivery within the Product & Supply Chain Domain. This role will have line management accountability for the team of IT project practitioners (programme and project managers, project coordinators) driving project delivery in the domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the delivery of the project function within the domain area, ensuring projects are established and delivered in a manner that will ensure the achievement of agreed business outcomes.
  • Utilising existing metrics to effectively and continually measure domain project performance, providing domain oversight and management of consistent project metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Establishing and managing the project delivery and governance processes within the domain area, including oversight of significant projects.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in defining, implementing and maintaining a Project Delivery function.
  • Previous experience in an IT leadership role, leading large and diverse teams.
