Required Qualifications:

  1. 0-3 years of experience in retail.
  2. Comfortable and confident in engaging with customers to provide an enhanced shopping experience.
  3. Driven to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for customer interactions and athletic merchandise.
  4. Proactively takes initiative to complete tasks without needing supervision.
  5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
