About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives within our Digital Bank ART. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of SAFe Epics, overseeing discovery, planning, and execution, and driving cross-functional teams to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of SAFe Epics in alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
  • Define and sequence activities to develop and control the delivery schedule
  • Provide oversight and support to IT Readiness and Business Implementation activities, including ITOM, workstream governance, change management, and business readiness
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact delivery success, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Define quality metrics and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress, roadblocks, and opportunities
About You

You have proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Senior Project Manager, leading the delivery of complex projects and programs. Your background in Payment, Banking, and Financial services has equipped you with the necessary expertise to navigate these industries effectively. You are well-versed in both Agile methodologies, including SAFe Agile, and to a lesser extent, Waterfall Project Management Methodology.
