Occupational Therapist - Graduate Program

You are invited to join our graduate program as an Occupational Therapist, where you will undergo a structured 12 month learning and development journey. The program is designed to give you the best possible start in your career.

The first 12 weeks of the program will focus on intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space. You will have access to weekly supervision, market leading professional development opportunities and a dedicated multi-disciplinary team around you.

This graduate program is ideal for recent graduates looking to transition from studies into real-world practice. With a gradual ramp up period, we will help you apply your skills in a supportive environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed Bachelor AND/OR Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Full Registration (or eligible on graduation).
  • Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car.
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
