As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for developing and managing the financial strategy for this program, ensuring alignment with program objectives. This will involve integrating the finance strategy across the program, collaborating with our build partner to define the financial approach for establishing new business, and delivering long-term, effective, and sustainable financial solutions to support the success of this strategic defence program.

Key responsibilities will include contributing to program activities, building strong relationships with program build partners, preparing and conducting financial planning analysis, managing financial transactions, and providing financial decision support.

You will also be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks, aligning activities with our strategy, and assisting us to meet any relevant contractual deliverables.

In addition, you will provide leadership to our Programs finance team, ensuring team members are provided with direction and attainable yet challenging performance targets.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have over 10 years of experience in a senior and influential role, with a strong background in financial strategy and planning. You will also need to have experience in building relationships with key stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering financial solutions in a complex and dynamic environment.
