Transmission Network Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transmission Network Engineer to join our Major Projects Design Group. This is a pivotal role in driving the success of our projects, with responsibilities that encompass a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Technical Leadership
  • Coaching and mentoring to design staff
  • Process Implementation
  • Supporting and managing external design work
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Fostering Innovation and collaborative environment
  • Delivery of design work incorporating Circuitry, Protection and Control

What You'll Bring:

  • A Degree in Electrical Engineering and RPEQ registration in a relevant field
  • Significant technical leadership experience in Secondary Systems design
  • Proven ability to manage design resources, budgets, timeframes and quality outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of Australian and International Standards, legislation and regulations
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability and a drive to innovate beyond current standards
