Raytheon Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Technical Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Product Team, you will be responsible for managing the development and coordination of the next Combat System variant to be deployed to the Collins Class Submarines.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and lead an Integrated Product Team to meet task and technical requirements associated with Combat System product changes.
- Provide technical leadership to the development of integrated cost and schedule baselines.
- Support the planning, coordination, and estimation of program effort, as well as providing status and remaining effort for overall program.
- Lead the IPT in assessing, identifying, and managing risks, issues, and opportunities in accordance with company policies.
- Engage with subcontractors to provide oversight and coordination for the acceptance of deliverables.
- Represent the company in customer-facing roles to ensure successful delivery of IPT CS, Project, and Engineering Services.
- Collaborate with IPT/CPT Leads to facilitate communication and execution of program deliverables.
- Support the IPT Program Manager in executing Cost Account Management (CAM) responsibilities.
- University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Business Management, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of management/leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders at client, peer, supplier, and senior leadership levels.
- Ability to implement and manage program governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of project management milestones and ability to work autonomously or with minimal supervision.
