We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee the engineering and design aspects of mineral processing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage project delivery to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
  2. Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers in providing technical expertise, guidance, and mentorship.
  3. Be responsible for technical approval and sign-off of project deliverables.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop customized solutions.
  5. Evaluate and mitigate project risks to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

This role requires a strong understanding of mineral processing principles, technologies, and equipment. A proven track record of managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion is essential.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in discipline engineering within a mineral processing EPCM environment, with proven leadership experience.
