We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our clinical services, ensuring high-quality care for clients and effective management of teams.
As Clinical Services Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide primary care and support across QLD, overseeing the development and implementation of clinical, financial, and administrative systems.
- Minimum of 2 years experience managing a mental health service
- Demonstrated expertise in recovery-based models and team leadership
- Ability to coordinate care for individuals with complex needs, including collaboration with professionals and stakeholders
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to deliver primary care and support services
- Oversee the development and implementation of clinical, financial, and administrative systems
- Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and risk management
- Facilitate Clinical Governance Committees and associated subcommittees
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-demand work environment
- Current Blue card eligibility and NDIS worker screening clearance
- Valid driver's license
