Job Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, schedule, execute and monitor project activities to deliver quality products and services on time and within budget.
  2. Interpret technical specifications and project requirements to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact with customers and vendors for assigned projects and tenders.
  4. Prepare work packs and scopes of work as part of the Request for Quotations process.
  5. Assist in reviewing proposals and conducting technical bid evaluations to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  6. Coordinate and arrange meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  7. Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop detailed project specifications and quotes that meet customer needs.
  8. Manage, quote, and discuss technical deviations, potential variation orders, issues, and risks with customers and management.
  9. Attend regular project meetings to address project timelines, risk management, project scope, and budget reviews, and contribute to lessons learned sharing.
  10. Attend Pre-Inspection Meetings with the QAQC team at Vendor Shops and follow up on any outstanding issues.
  11. Assist in monitoring construction during the fabrication stage, inspections, equipment installation, FAT, project completions, and assist in the pre-commissioning phase for critical issues.
  12. Review, coordinate, and properly record vendor documentation between customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  13. Responsible for proper project documentation and document control for document-related deliverables.
  14. Provide technical assistance to Sales Specialists for non-standard sales.

Key Competencies:

  1. Good attitude and willingness to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  3. Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Some project management experience and knowledge of engineered product package systems is preferred.
  5. Able to communicate technically with vendors, customers, and workshop technicians.
  6. Familiar with the application of mechanical/piping/static equipment and packages is preferred.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in engineering or a related field is required.

Travel and Work Arrangements:

Fully site-based, flexible working, hybrid, with 50% travel across Europe and other locations as required.
