As a key member of the healthcare division, you will schedule resources, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders for preventative maintenance, urgent fixes, scheduling resources and juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key areas of focus for the role include:
- Ensuring the seamless operation of medical equipment for hospitals and healthcare facilities across Australia.
- Managing inbound and internal communications, coordinating field engineers, and ensuring efficient maintenance and repair of medical imaging equipment.
- Overseeing and coordinating breakdowns and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure equipment functionality.
- Ordering and actioning parts required for repairs, managing inventory and supplier relationships.
- You will be the central point of contact for both clients and field engineers, facilitating appointments, managing job logs, and coordinating parts and quotes.
- Receiving and managing requests from customers (primarily hospitals) regarding faulty machines, and logging jobs accurately in the system.
- Planning and coordinating short-term jobs for engineers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Speaking with field engineers and customers to schedule and facilitate on-site appointments for repairing CT, ultrasound, and X-ray machines.
- Preparing and providing quotes to customers for repair services and parts.
- Utilizing Salesforce for logging jobs, tracking communication, and managing customer and engineer interactions.
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders and field engineers.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
