About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to contribute to the day-to-day operations of our school. The Administration Officer will provide high quality reception and administrative support across student and visitor reception areas.

The successful candidate will assist in events involving new families and students, such as open days, and support the registrar with tours of the campus to prospective families and students.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality reception and administrative support
  • Assist in events involving new families and students
  • Support the registrar with tours of the campus
  • Assist the Enrolments Team with monitoring enrolment trends and coordinating enrolment data
  • Assist with International Student administration
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, databases and software or technical equipment relevant to the position
  • A professional, confident and helpful customer service approach
  • Punctual, reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, problem solve and resolve customer concerns
