Architectural Design Position

The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture with experience in technical documentation and drawing skills. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality construction drawings and documentation packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural plans and elevations for projects;
  • Collaborate with project leaders and technical experts to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to inform design processes and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field;
  • Experience with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processes;
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in graphic presentation skills.
