Architectural Designer Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to collaborate with a team of architects and designers in developing design solutions and coordinating the design through the construction administration phase of a project.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop design and delivery strategies for architectural and/or technical aspects of projects.
  • Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet project objectives.
  • Produce BIM models and construction drawings.
  • Resolve challenging technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions.
  • Support project sustainability targets throughout project phases and actively engage in delivering them.

Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of project experience in an architectural practice.
  • Experience in data centers, commercial, infrastructure, interior, and public building preferable.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture or equivalent.
  • Registered architect or registration underway.
  • Effective communicator, collaborative, and team-conscious.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, grace, and emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Green Star or other sustainability rating systems.
