Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Certificate IV in Community Services (Lifestyle and Leisure), Diversional Therapy, or equivalent qualification
  • Ability to assess resident social and emotional needs and design individual lifestyle programs
  • Understanding of ageing process and caring for older people
  • Self-motivation, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
