Job Description

A Paid Social Director is required to drive the development and execution of paid social campaigns across multiple channels. This role will lead the Paid Social team, collaborating with Regional Heads and Director-level peers to evaluate new technologies, formats, and data sources. Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, identifying commercial opportunities, and ensuring effective resource allocation.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Paid Social, proficiency in integrated digital marketing campaigns, and expertise in using technology and processes involved in running high-spending paid social campaigns. They should be familiar with social strategy planning and execution at an enterprise level, skilled in working with media planners, and experienced in channel management with LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok.

Additional requirements include client-centric skills, process improvement capabilities, creative problem-solving abilities, and team collaboration expertise. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team, emphasizing skills, expertise, and behavioral attributes over traditional degrees.
