About the Role

The Council seeks an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to join its team and manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of its ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration, configuration, and monitoring of the Council's ERP system.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain system performance, security, and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with vendors, business stakeholders, and the Digital Technology team to deliver system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring.
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
