About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Co-Packing Planner to join our team in Dandenong South. As a key member of our co-pack planning team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of promotional contract packing requirements for L'Oréal Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the co-packing planning process to ensure targeted service levels, costs, and inventory control standards are met.
  • Manage daily co-packing operational activities with the team, including creating and scheduling production plans and component deliveries.
  • Communicate production plans to co-packers and manage purchase orders and deliveries between co-packers and the distribution center.
  • Control stock levels at co-packers' sites, including conducting monthly stock reconciliations and annual stock takes.
  • Analyze and report on co-packers' performance, ensuring they meet L'Oréal Group's quality and traceability standards.
  • Lead and coordinate improvement projects to simplify and automate processes, driving productivity and reducing complexity in the supply chain.
  • Lead critical alignment meetings with suppliers, operations teams, and key account supply chain teams.
  • Compile and analyze KPI/operational reports to provide visibility and work with stakeholders to identify root causes and manage risks.
About You
  • SAP expertise in physical distribution and materials management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain physical, informational, and financial flows.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience working with co-packers or external third-party suppliers.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, business, or related field.
  • At least [X] years' experience in supply chain planning or operations management.
