We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Probation Officers or Case Work Support Officers.
As a Probation Officer or Case Work Support Officer, you will play a critical role in the community corrections system. You will work closely with offenders, courts, and other stakeholders to provide support and supervision to those on community-based orders.
Your key responsibilities will include assessing offenders' risk levels, providing comprehensive reports, and working with offenders to address their offending behaviours.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You will also need to have relevant tertiary or industry qualifications, although prior training and experience are not required.
Flexible options regarding part-time hours will be considered.
