Home Lending Executive

About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Lending Executive to join our team. As a key member of our lending space, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering superior banking experiences to our customers.

Your main objective will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their financial goals and aspirations, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will have the flexibility to prioritize your workday and work with customers via Zoom or face-to-face.

You will be assigned a dedicated associate to assist you, allowing you to focus on what truly matters - our customers. We offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key responsibilities

  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and aspirations
  • To provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional customer service
  • To work closely with customers via Zoom or face-to-face to build trust and rapport
  • To prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in home / mortgage lending or credit products
  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs and consistently delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for building strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
