Senior Care Centre Manager Position

This is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team in our brand-new Cranbourne North Care Centre. As Senior Care Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in clinical settings and a deep understanding of Australia's aged care sector. You will be a seasoned manager with a passion for leading teams, delivering results, and making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full accountability for staffing, budgeting, and compliance
  • Leading and coaching your team to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Overseeing the delivery of care and services, including residential aged care, independent living, and assisted living
  • Building strong relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders
  • Supporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all times
  • Managing audits, policy implementation, and working with key external agencies
