Lead Front-of-House Team Member

This role will play a pivotal part in the day-to-day operations of our iconic venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service and upholding high standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Train and motivate a diverse team, creating a culture of professionalism, energy, and fun.
  • Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak trade.
  • Monitor and maintain exceptional guest experiences, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Support the Venue Manager with rostering, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Drive team performance through coaching, mentoring, and continuous development.

Requirements:

  • An experienced hospitality professional with proven success in managing front-of-house teams in a high-volume venue.
  • Confident, approachable, and highly organised, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Guest-focused, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and leadership presence.
